I listened to the book ~2 years ago. Monish Pabrai recommended it in one of his presentations. Absolut recommendation for anyone who loves biographies and experience how people built their companies.
Incredibly hands-on, honest and straight forward. The guys has kind of a sketchy voice, if that fits the description. It may not be for you. I have yet to read a book that has been as clear cut, spot-on and helpful.
