Summary of notes and ideas

This book is great. It looses it a tiny bit at the end, but overall, it’s a really really interesting one. I would recommend the book especially to those that lead teams or want to lead teams.

As I did not read but listend to the book, I cannot copy+paste much here. Hence, I grapped this below from a fellow blog:

  • Lesson 1: Form a safe environment so everyone will let their guard down and cooperate.
  • Lesson 2: Share your own shortcomings to show people it’s okay to make mistakes.
  • Lesson 3: Build a sense of purpose through a shared goal and a simple way towards it.
