Summary of notes and ideas
It’s an interesting book for sure. Though the way the author translates the original into one for Small Businesses feels a little far fetched at times. I had a bit of a problem following her because she breathes strongly before every single sentence or paragrah (I guess to make it sound more important).
Nonetheless, if you yourself have a small business and want to find ways to trump your bigger (or smaller) competition, it might offer ideas, help or support for that you are already doing.
